Young Talent Academy
Held over four days, the Academies are dedicated to nurturing young talent in the kingdom, accelerating their career paths, and facilitating connections with mentors and industry leaders in the region. The four academies are open to full-time university students between the ages of 18-25 or young professionals, below the age of 30 years within the creative communications, advertising or marketing fields.
Maheerah Executive Women’s Programme
Diversity is an ongoing hot button issue across business, with a focus on women and gender equality. Fewer women than men are joining creative ranks and even less will climb the career ladder. Worldwide, it’s estimated that only 25% of agency creatives are women and just 3% reach creative director level.
The Maheerah Women’s programme is a tailored initiative which aims to accelerate the career progression of high-potential women in the creative marcomms industry; applicable to women working in marketing/communications/PR and other related industries.
